Downloadable to any Microsoft Windows PC running Microsoft Outlook XP, 2003, 2007 or 2010, this facility helps both the teleconference organiser and all those joining by automating the invitation and reminder process.

With the click of a button, conference call organisers can send pre-populated meeting emails to all participants inviting them to attend. Recipients can then integrate the invitation into their own calendars and use all the regular reminder and scheduling features included in Outlook.

Saving time and ensuring all the right information is forwarded, each email automatically includes the conference call meeting date, time, dial-in numbers and conference ID. Further messaging about the teleconference can also be added.
